- As always cuci tangan dulu yaa moms, lalu cuci bersih semua bahan (kecuali LT) dengan air mengalir.
- Rebus dulu telur puyuh sampai matang lalu dinginkan sebentar.
- Potong dadu kecil butternut/labu kuning dan iris brokoli. belah dua bawang bombay (kalo aku yg bagian kecilnya/tengahnya aku buang biar gampang diambilnya nanti kalau udah matang di slowcooker) dan geprek bawang merah bawang putih. belah telur puyuh jadi 2 kalau sudah dingin.
- Masukkan semua bahan (kecuali LT) ke dalam pot slow cooker ya moms. lalu tambahkan air secukupnya aja sampai bahan semua terendam. Set timer 2 jam😉.
- Setelah matang, buang semua bumtik (termasuk bombay), lalu blender rata semua bahan sampai dapat tekstur yg diinginkan. kalo moms mau disaring lagi boleh, tp kalau aku gak di saring lg kalau gak ada dagingnya.
- Bagi 2 porsi makan (untuk pagi & sore) lalu tambahkan 1/4 ub + 1/2 potong keju belcube + 1/2 sdt evoo ke makanan yg akan dimakan. jangan lupa sajikan dengan ❤️ yaa moms🤗 (maaf mangkok nya berantakan ya moms😂).
